Robert “Drew” Lane joined the firm in 1993 immediately after serving as an Assistant District Attorney for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. Attorney Lane prosecuted cases for the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office in both the Quincy and Stoughton Massachusetts District Courts. Attorney Lane graduated from St. Anselm College, Manchester, New Hampshire in 1989, where he was awarded his Bachelor of Arts Degree mastering in Political Science and Suffolk University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree. Attorney Lane is admitted to all Massachusetts Trial Courts and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. Attorney Lane is a member of various professional associations including the Massachusetts Trial Lawyer’s Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Plymouth County Bar Association, Norfolk County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Association of Bank Counsel and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.
Attorney Lane concentrates his practice in the areas of Medicaid Planning, Massachusetts Health Benefit Application Issues (nursing home care), Family Law and Trusts. Attorney Lane also has extensive knowledge of Real Estate Law and regularly represents buyers, sellers and lenders with their real estate conveyancing needs.
